The city has repaved 90th and 91st streets on the west side, from RSD to CPW, and painted in new designated bike lanes. I'm sure they will be enforced as well as all the ather bike lanes in the city.

if I might chime in
And both sides of Grand Street, of all places, making access to the Manhattan Bridge easier, though the wonderful north side bike path of the bridge is still closed to bicyclists. (The south side is accessible via the Bowery south of Canal, and is tricky and dangerous getting to.)
