What is the shortest, safest bicycling route , without the train, from the Path Grove Street station just across from Manhattan, to the NJ Penn Station at Market Street?

If anyone can figure this out I'll add them to my will!

Thanks!!!

NJ Penn Station

Do you mean from the Grove St PATH station in Jersey City to Penn Station in Newark, NJ?

If so, really the best thing to do is just ride the PATH train to Newark. The last stop on the train is Penn Station in Newark. It's $1.50 and takes about 15 minutes.

Jersey City to Newark

"The route is very simple.

L Grove St (going south)
R Grand St
R Communipaw Ave / becomes US 1 & 9 Truck / becomes Raymond Blvd

If you intend to ride this route frequently, and during rush hour, having your will made out would indeed be a good idea. If you try it, please post a ride report to let us know how it went, and if you intend to do it ever again.
