I don't know, but...
Yesterday evening I passed by and saw fresh concrete, still apparently moist, on the sidewalk just past the gate on the NJ side.

Transportation Alternatives was told this week that it should be open by October 1. That would be Sunday...we'll see.

two weeks...
Last week I was told by some workers it would be two weeks...that was a week ago today (Friday). Definitely not this Mon...
