On October 1, 2006, Hire Disability Solutions in partnership with Monster.com, will be embarking on a 300 mile bike ride from New York City to Washington D.C. to promote the employment of individuals with disabilities.

Our ride starts at Columbus Park in Brooklyn, taking across the East river towards the west side and heading up to the GW bridge for an event in Bergen County. Then we will make our way down US1/9 towards Jersey City where we will head off in an East Coast Greenway established route towards Washington, D.C.

Has anyone ever done this ride? I can certainly send the cue sheets for review. We will admit that we are new at this but are very open to suggestions and comments.

You can post them here or email me at [email protected]

I'm looking forward to any responses.

Joel
