If anyone wants to join me.... I am riding tomorrow to Piermont 10:00am to coffee shop (or Nyack Runcible if you'd rather)and back - will take river road there - An A19 but very willing to slow it down 'cause everything's hurting/pulled/strained at this point in the season! :)
