"Sorry to have to call this one, but the tornado last week and the storm on Tuesday night have blocked off portions of the trailways sufficiently that calling it a ""Trailways"" ride would be a misnomer. Justina and I are postponing this ride until such time as the blockages are cleared.

I passed the area on the Taconic Sunday.
It really looks like a Twister from Iowa. I mean trees were snapped like twigs in such an exact straight path.
Almost like a tank ran them over.
The idea is VERY freighting, worse when you see it.

Westchester Trailways
Natalia- I'm supposed to lead a Westchester Trailways ride August 19 with that other NYC bike club and probably won't have a chance to rescout it before then. If you see or find out that the trail is cleared please let me know.
