Sounds like a scam to me
"I emailed the guy because who knows? maybe it IS really a colnago for 450$. Here is his reply:
Hi
My name is Kevin Bailey and I live in London Uk.The product is a unwanted gift and i want to sell it asap.
Here is how I want to go about delivery and payment for the product which will be through TNT and will also give you the chance to inspect the product before I receive the payment for it.
