River Rd.
I have been there pretty early (5:30am) and its never been closed. The limiting factor is the GWB which opens at 6am.

For now, entrances open at 5:30
I rode River Road this morning at 5:30am. Both GWB and River Road entrances were open.

So the sidewalk on the bridge actually opens before 6:00 a.m.? Have you ever been there before 6:00 and it was closed?

i've only done it once this year, but...
I've only ridden once this year to date before six...this past Thursday...and everything was open. I'm going again tomorrow at 5:45am...will let you know what I find. My typical spring/summer mid-week riding schedule is RR at 5:45am on Tues/Thurs, and I haven't had a problem in the several years (including this one) that I've been doing it...but, I'll let you know...
