0%, assuming one begins and ends in the same spot.
Somehow I think this isn't what you're asking, though. As a rough guess, Harlem hill is about 4% and Cat Hill is maybe 2-2.5%.

That's the map I used to calculate grades
And I had the map framed with a guilded frame. What a treasure!
