Wanted to see if anyone recommends any type of rollers or any other form of indoor training. Training would be more convenient during the winter and I could get more done.

Thanks, Joey

CycleOps Fluid2

I would go with a trainer like the CycleOps Fluid2. It's quiet and has a road like feel. The legs also fold in making it easier to store in smaller Manhattan apartments and it's quick and easy to set up. If you are going to go with rollers then go with Kreitler rollers, lifetime warranty for a good reason. There are different types of Kreitler rollers based on the size of the rollers for difficulty. You can check into that yourself. Good luck.

Rollers, Trainers, neighbors...

Careful when considering one of these in a NYC apt. Your neighbors below may hear the vibration of a trainer. It would be a major letdown if you purchased a new training device only to not be able to use it.
