"My wife, Colleen, and I are interested in riding for a week after a conference in early July this summer and are considering the ""Italian Cycling Center"" in a small town in the Veneto region of Northern Italy. It's a bit less expensive overall than some of the bike tours that we're considering, and we like the concept of being able to settle somewhere for a week in a bike-camp like atmosphere, get to know cyclists of different abilities, and go on relatively fast recreational rides (we hope), probably in what the nycc club would consider a A-19 to A-23 range.
Can anyone share their experience with this center? Good overall -- what kinds of rides? If you have other suggestions, feel free to post them here too.
David"

Bike camp
I have ridden many times in Veneto (I am Italian) - the Italy's north-estearn region where this camp is located. It is really a cycling paradise - highly varied terrains, beautiful countryside, and cycling friendly.
Very popular climbs (many ridden in the Giro) are Monte Grappa, Passo San Pellegrino, Pordoi, Giau, Fedaia, Falzarego, Prada Alta.
