it seems okay

It's convenient, giving me a plan for each individual workout. Unfortuneatly, it doesn't tie the workouts together very well so that you know which ones to do which days of the week. The intro tries to do this with one 12-week plan to get ready for racing. Since i have 3 weeks until the first race of the season, that plan is of little help.

It also mentions in the intro that it will tell you how to test different areas of your cycling for weaknesses and then how develop those aeas. Then, i can't find that anywhere where they explain any of that.

My final verdict: As a set of individual roller workouts: great. As anything else and the value of intro/explanations: useless.

BTW, velo press said they will be sold out of the book until mid-april. You have to order from amazon or a brick&mortar joint to use it this season.

Excellent menu of workouts broken down by category (e.g., endurance, force, power, etc.). Highly recommended if you're looking to add structure to your indoor cycling.

woops

I did have a look at it at Barnes and Noble Union Square. It is intended for people with trainers. I was hoping it would be adapted to gym bikes so I could emulate a spin class on my own.
