Not the nicest route (mainly Route 9 until Ossining) but one with many bail options. No cue sheets maybe one very brief stop around mile 35-40. Total distance depends upon weather.

Do you know(can you share) the average WATTS measure for some of your A23 rides?
I'm interested in training(indoors) at that level.
