"Starts: 9:30AM from 23rd Street & First Avenue
Ends: 4:00 PM at the St. George ferry terminal in Staten Island. Optional bail via PATH from Hoboken or by heading directly to the ferry after Bayonne.
Up to and over the GWB, then south to the Bayonne Bridge followed by a ramble across Staten Island and a boat ride home. The ride's ""structured improv"" nature dictates we maintain a cohesive group at a steady B17 pace.

Serious precipitation, bad roads, or the failure of at least three people to RSVP by Saturday night, cancels. Check the message board on Sunday morning for ride status."

I'm down for this. Do they clean GWB after snowfall? And north side steps?

So far, so good.
Forecast is upper 30s and partly sunny. Main roads should have damp spots but nothing unreasonable.
Will explore side roads if conditions permit. Per hogwich guy, fenders a good idea.
Waiting for the requisite RSVPs, otherwise it's an early spin class, back to bed for a few hours, and a recumbent ride to Trader Joes.
Check back Sunday morning.
