I've been waiting for 8 months for replacements for two locks from the kryptonite lock replacement program. They keep saying that the models are popular and they're out of stock and that they'll send it out as soon as they get them.
Is there anyone I can contact about this? It's a total joke.

It's a total joke
I called Kryptonite (my bike was stolen and it was locked with an old EV2000 U-Lock) after having sent them a whole packet of documents last april and never hearing from them.
They gave me the contact information for the lawyer trying the case. I called them and left a message with the secratary a couple of months ago and didn't hear back.
I will probably call them again. I can give you the contact info if you want it. Email me.
But I think this whole thing is a total joke and I doubt anyone's been compensated for anything.
