maybe not...
"It looks like a different variety of problem than the mediazone Giro coverage. The official Tour site says, ""Sorry, access to this site is restricted to French users for legal reasons."" This may hold for the Eurosport feed, too; when I tried it over the weekend, their server was so swamped I couldn't even connect for long enough to get an official Non.
Will try again tomorrow morning, before going out to watch it on TV.
