Any recommendations for a reliable bike shop on the Upper East Side?? Need good floor pump, back pack, bike supplies, etc.

2nd vote for Bike Heaven, East 62nd St

I live on the UES & have tried most of the local shops over the years; although Bike Heaven is not the closest to me, it's become my choice because they really try -- if they don't have what you want, they'll get it quickly. Either Carlos or Mike have helped me since I switched to them about 6 years ago.
