As of this posting the forecasts are 50% chance for precipitation and windy. We will try to get the ride in on Saturday because we will be unable to re-schedule the Cold Spring ride for Sunday. However if it is raining hard in the morning we may have to cancel, trying for a different route on Sunday. I will post again on this thread early tomorrow morning (before 6AM). That’s the best we can do - so stay tuned. mark

battling the elements

As we will be battling the elements today (wind & possible rain) if you do not fell comfortable cycling in these conditionings, sleep in. Some of us will give it a try, we make no judgments either way……..mark

Bravo!

Bravo Mark for arranging what ultimately turned out to be pleasant weather and a fantastic day! The sun came out just as we were heading up Sparrowbush. The group looed amazing running up 59/17 in close formation. 7 Lakes was stunning and 9D was a great finale.

To captains and co-leads Tonya, Reg, Mark, Mark, Nina, Eugenia, Janet and all my fellow SIGlets: congratulations.

You're all coming with Mark and me this Saturday to pick up the trash along 9W, right?
