Does anyone know if there is secure bike parking at any of the NY Waterway ferry terminals, either side of the Hudson?

at Pier 78
At the NY Waterway terminal on 38th & 12th, off the greenway, there is an outdoor bike rack, right of the waiting area building/restroom. As for being secure, not sure. I've seen expendable bikes (junkers, oldies & cheap one) locked up.
