Tired of riding down 110st. hill through the potholes? fill in the forms at this web site and maybe we can all get something done about them.

"Thanks for posting the Web form. I tried yesterday to report the potholes in Central Park on the UWS near the Great Hill and West Drive near 72nd St.

I called 311 and was transferred to DOT. The woman at DOT had no idea how to find Central Park's West Drive in her database. We rent round and round for a while until she transferred me back to 311. The 311 operator then transferred me back to a DOT ""specialist."" I was put on hold and then hung up.

The first woman at DOT implied that they would not do anything if the pothole was not at least 12 inches deep. I told her that I did not have a yard stick with me the last time I nearly crashed into it."
