Would anyone be interested in doing the Pearl River ride on Tuesday. We could meet at 9am at the GWB to avoid the weekday city traffic.
The weather is supposed to be nice on Tuesday..

Lifecycle
I did 4 hours (?!) on the Lifecycle in the gym on Saturday. Ouch, my butt is sore, but I got 80 miles in at 20 miles an hour.
