Due to the publicity generate4d by the TimesUp Critical Mass rides, the Park Commision will ban all bikes, at night, from Central, Prospect, Flushing Meadow, Riverside, East River, Van Cortland, Silver Lake, Gramercy, Hudson River, and Bryant Parks.
