On Tuesday night, March 29, cyclist Noah Budnick was
hit by a tow truck coming off the Manhattan Bridge
into Brooklyn and seriously injured. The truck did not
stop. So far no witness has been able to provide a
license-plate number. Anyone who saw anything should
call or email Transportation Alternatives.

Have you looked into whether there are any cameras on or near the the bridge???? I would be surprised if there weren't.

Update
The account of the incident has changed; unsafe bike lanes and drivers parking in them now appear at fault. Noah remains unconscious.
