A friend lives in Brooklyn (Park Slope, I think) and wants to buy a bike. I'd like to send her to a good shop reasonably close to her home. I know someone has recommended a shop in Brooklyn as having good inventory and being able to do a good fitting. Can you post the name of the shop? Thanks.

R&A is on 5th Ave off Baltic and is the largest on the East Coast.

The have an amazing inventory in three stores. You can spend $1,000.00 or less ... or $10,000.00 or more. Clothes, shoes, etc. too. Everything. Decent prices too.

Felix does a great fit and keeps doing and re-doing the fit if you gain/lose weight, want a different position or whatever.

Some folks have problems with R&A, I never have. It's worth a visit even if you don't buy there.
