Looks like another miserable weekend, compounded by the fact that we are scheduled to ride from Garrison to NYC. More to come...

A18s

A18 riders who wish to join me on this series: we'll be doing whatever John does, but slower.

Please note that beginning this week, the A18s will ride separately from the faster group. As the routes become longer and more difficult--and take us further from civilization--we will focus on moderating our energy expenditure in order to finish comfortably.

This A18 group is NOT about hammering. It is about benefitting from the same challenging terrain of the faster group, and similar training methods, scaled down for lower speeds. We'll discuss this more on the rides.

Because of the weather, we are riding to Nyack on Saturday, March 12. See you 9:00 a.m. at the Boathouse.

The Garrison Express ride will (probably) take place next week.
