spare parts... just before i throw away used tires and tubes, does anyone know if any bike shops have any use for them. also, is there a place that accepts random bike trinkets(reflectors, stands...)

cycling videos... does anyone have any videos to rent or loan to me. this years vuelta or giro would be choice but anything will do, this will really help the days when riding the trainer is the only option...
