yes and no

"the ride is always theoretically ""on"" and usually does get to the bridge around 10:30.
but if the weather is poor then people may not show up at the boat house. if the weather is iffy, some people may show up, and then decide last minute whether to cross the GWB or to stay in central park.
since this ride is less formal then the usual NYCC rides there is no official posting of whether the ride is actually on or not.
you can try posting on wednesday morning and seeing if anyone will commit to meeting you at the bridge."

likely

The weather forecast for tomorrow is looking good: warm & dry. As of now, I plan on riding to Ridgewood instead of Nyack. It will be a weclomed change of scenery. It's roughly the same distance, too. I could meet you or others at the GWB around 10:30. If so, email me or post here to express interest. Thanks! -Peter

I'll be at the boathouse at 10am

I had planned on Nyack but Ridgewood sounds like a good alternative. If others are interested as well I'll do that route.

what type of ride?

Can someone please tell me what's the estimated pace of this ride? I'm a non-macho A-19.

Would like to meet you at the GWB if it's not going to be a hammer-fest.
