Hi

Any B 15-17 riders doing the 50 mile ride in New Jersey this Sunday? My impression from the website is that you get a cue sheet, but there is no organization of different level groupings as done at ENY. I did the Transportation Alternatives ride 2 years ago without any partners and ended up riding in some funky areas in Brooklyn/Queens by myself praying I didn't have a mechanical.

Sundays ride

Hi Jay,

I am planning on doing Sundays B15. Although I am not the leader, I have never done a ride with the NYCC where the leader doesn't bring a cue sheet. Our club has plenty of rides through Rockland and Nothern NJ, so I'm sure this one will be great. I look forward to seeing you again.

Pumkin Patch Pedal

Hi Mila,

Actually, the ride I'm refering to is the annual ride by a Staten Island club in Jersey. It looks like one of these rides similar to the Trans.Alternative ride where you get cue sheets, but are left to buddy up yourself or ride it alone. I signed up the ride and paid, so I'm planning on doing it. Hopefully, I will catch up with you on a ride soon.

Start those intervals yet??

intervals

Jay,

thanks for the laugh!!!!!!!!!!!!
Actually, I did some interval running around the reservoir yesterday. I ran for a minute and then walked for 30 seconds. It took me 18 minutes and 30 seconds to get around, which is 1 and a half miles plus 126 yards!!!
Maybe on Thursday, when I ride to school I'll do some intervals at 3.

Enjoy your ride on Sunday.

Mila
