The Tuesday B17 ride to Piermont for this week (8/31) is on! We will meet at the usual place and time: the Eleanor Roosevelt statue at 72 and Riverside at 8:55 am.
To mark the end of summer, we will take an otional quick detour to Puerto Rico on the way home for post-ride snacks. How is this possible? By stopping at an authentic Puerto Rican diner: Cabo Rojo at 10th Ave and 24th St. They are expecting us and will accommodate our bikes. It is a very friendly place with excellent food and friendly service. And very low prices.

Weather on Tuesday Morning
As of Monday morning, the weather is looking iffy for Tuesday am. I will keep my eye on the weather forecast and will post a message here by 8:00 pm Monday. I may postpone the ride for an hour or two if necessary. Check the message board after 8 pm tonight or feel free to call me at 212-627-8507.

Ride Is On
As of 7:40 PM, rain is forecast only from 8 - 9 so let's ride. If it is raining at 8:40 when I normally leave for the ride, I will postpone until the rain stops. If you want to be sure, email me your name and phone number and I will call you before I leave the house Tuesday morning. Other than a chance of rain in the morning, the weather should be great.
