Anyone know of cycling stores in Manhattan with the biggest selection of jerseys and shorts? I haven't had much success at the places I frequent.

Not in Manhattan.
In Brooklyn, near the Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges, is R&A Cycles - lots of clothes - and everything else.
In Piermont the Piermont Bicycle Connection has a nice selection and will ship free so you do not have to carry your purchases home.
