You'll probably have to drop the price a bit more. I see that there's a new 2003 Chicane available online for $585.

Used, name brand (i.e. Cannondale) aluminum frame bikes that are 1-2 years old (in good condition), can generally be bought at places like craigslist for 50-60% of retail.
With a less well-known name like DeVinci, you may have to go even lower. However, you are selling at a good time as demand is greatest in the Spring.
