Mavic X221 / Shimano Deore Wheel Set for 70$. Does anyone have any info on these wheels. I am concerned about wheel strength as I weigh 185lbs. I usually put about 100-150 miles on my bike a week. Thanks for any info.

Nashbar has a lot of other wheels on sale cheap. The build quality of any wheel is more important than the components used. If the Nashbar wheels are machine built, they probably will need additional tensioning and stress relieving.
