"For those interested in fixed gear bikes.... or riding in England ... here is a website to check out: http://www.fixedwheel.org.uk/
The owner of this site is John Cullin ... I met him while on PBP 2003. Interestingly, the Americans are known for their ""racing bikes"" on PBP while Europeans choose stronger, Audax bikes.

Diane,
I want to express my thanks for your work as editor of The Bulletin. While the rest of us were goofing off you were working.
All volunteers are blessed souls. We can't have enough of them.

"So how was PBP, Diane? I found the postings of peoples' progress rather cryptic and hard to follow. I would normally e-mail my message but I still have Lotus Notes and it is down. Being ""migrated"" soon to Outlook! I hope you and the others had a great time."
Keep checking my website - by Friday I'll have a write-up plus stories from Europeans.
