I've always wondered why cops have to pass a physical to join the force, but don't have to pass a yearly one to keep their jobs. If the fitness is needed to do the job, it should have to be maintained. If it's not important, why bother in the first place?

Here is a contraption that can:
1) injure pedestrians on the sidewalk and slow down traffic on the street.
2) contribute to the obesity of the cop using it by saving them from walking or riding a bike.

The bike can go faster, (enabling the cop to pursu e perps), requires caloric consumption on the part of the user and costs less to buy and maintain.
