Lance & I both climbed Mont Ventoux last year, of course he did it in much better time than I. However in another endurance event I (we) did much better!

With a lovely wife like Joan, I think most literally it is hardly an endurance event.

jay and joan:
just out of curiousity- what gearing did you guys use? triple on the front? campy or shimano? any problems ascending? what about braking on the descents?
endurance events require pacing- what was your secret? carbo loading? supplements?
like i said- just curious.......lol and as always-
