bike rack recommendations, please
All: I am in search of a bike rack for the entrance hallway in my apartment. It needs to be able to accommodate two bikes, minimize the space it takes up in the hallway, and be relatively easy for a person of decent strength to be able to lift the bikes in and out without too much struggle and with minimal risk of it scuffing up the adjacent, freshly-painted wall. :-)
Any recommendations to share, please? Extra credit for links to where I can view them online.
Thanks in advance for your help!

NYC Newbie
I've been riding in Bergen/Rockland counties for almost 20 years, and recently moved to NYC. I've done a few trips to Central Park from our 1st Ave apartment, and getting to the park is quite dicey. Between cars, irregular pavement, and especially delivery bike and ebike riders who appear to have little regard for traffic regs; getting to a safer haven isn't, as they say, "a walk in the park".
Curious for any tips...
Bradley Road Closure
Bradley Rd is closed due to culvert work 1/8 mile up towards Nyack after turn from Greenbush Rd. I dont know how long this will take to repair but carrying your bike through the woods and down over the stream and back up the embankment is not easy.

Family Fun Ride in Prospect Park-May 7
A parent in Kensington, immigrant, and cyclist is working with Transportation Alternatives to organize a free Family Fun Ride in Prospect Park on May 7, 2022 from 10 am - 1 pm (rain date: May 14). Although the event is still in planning stages, here is a summary: We anticipate meeting in Bartel-Pritchard Square; doing a loop around the park with families/parents/kids of different ages; and concluding with a picnic and a few remarks. This is a “big tent” celebratory event with a spirit inclusive of different types of families, cycling experience, ages, types of bikes, etc. Everyone is welcome.
