HNA says "WELCOME" (edited 3/28/16)
See this prior thread for the background: https://nycc.org/message-board/cutting-through-ibm-palisades-ny/78637
I just rode up the HNA conference center driveway from 9W as far as the guard house. There's a large sign on the guard house that says "WELCOME."
EDITED: I've just edited this post, which may cause confusion. Sorry. A "no trespassing" sign was there as of this morning.
Nyack got its 3rd bike shop
"Windy" the tech at Toga Bikes Upper Nyack branch has just opened "Crankworks Cycles" 19 N Broadway (just south of Runcible Spoon-same side of Broadway) www.crankworkscycles.com They sell mostly Giant bikes and Windy doesn't seem to be cranky, he is a nice guy and I wish him the best of luck. I am not sure how this new venture could turn out to be a better bike shop than Piermont Bike. BTW he said that if the bathroom line at Runcible is long, cyclists are welcome to take care of that kind of business at his faciltiies.
C-sign group 3 or 4
Is anyone going through Penn Station to catch the subway to the C-sig ride that starts at the Dana Discovery Center? I'm a little nervous about riding the subway with my bike and it would be nice to meet someone and ride together. Thanks Tina M
