2016 was my first summer with NYCC. (and a great one at that!)

I heard lots of talk about the SIGs.  I saw the information about the various A, B and C SIGs, but nothing about potential dates for the next series.  

Anyone know about what time of year these usually take place?

NOTE THAT EVERY POSITION IS "OPEN" IN THAT MORE THAN ONE CANDIDATE CAN RUN FOR ANY POSITION.

Former NYCCer Randy Cohen will interview Evelyn Stevens at the Rapha store (on Prince St. in SoHo). The date of the live interview: Oct. 19, 6:30. Probablity of rain is 100% at 4:00 AM, down to 65% at 6:00. Even if the rain stops the roads will be wet, unpleasant and somewhat dangerous.

Every cross street from 123rd-118th is milled for at least a crosstown block in either direction from Malcolm X Boulevard. (Probably further, but I can't speak to that as an eyewitness.)

If anyone else, like me, likes to ride 125th->5th Ave->124th->Mount Morris Park W->123rd to get from 125th Street Metro North to the west side, that won't be so pleasant 'til the road milling is finished.

I just wanted to send out a big THANK YOU to all of you who took the time to volunteer for yesterday's Escape New York!

Every rider who I talked to had nothing but great things to say about their experience from registration, route markings, marshals, rest areas and the Sakura experience! That is a tribute to you and your strong positive attitudes. You all truly demonstrated why The New York Cycle Club is the best Cycling Club!
