I'm just getting into biking and would like my first road bike.
I would love to find a second hand bianchi - a Brava or Campione, or maybe a Specialized Allez Double Steel.
Open to other offers. Would like to ideally not spend more than $500-$600. I'm 5'8 so I think it's a size 54.

As I ride in the park I(as most of you) often come upon folks doing the wrong thing.(commonly we call them salmoning or "idiots" etc.)

Perhaps if we all just start politely correcting all those at fault we might start to see a change.  It might just be worth a try!

ie.  wrong way,  please respect the bike lane,  you have  a red light   etc etc

If we ALL start doing it; it might work!
