Total 200 double century bike ride Washing DC

Submitted by tfan on Thu, 10/06/2011 - 7:49am

Hello. I am new to the club and cycling. I did the NYC Century and Escape New York last month, it was fantastic. I live in Park Slope and bike in Prospect Park all the time. I want to do a double century next year and I'm thinking of the Total 200 starting in Washington DC. Have any of you done it or going to do it? Any info on it would be great. Thanks a lot. The ride is in June next year.

ENY Route

I did the ENY 65 route and really enjoyed it. I have the cue sheet but was wondering if anyone generated a GPX file or other mapping application file of the route.

Waiting List for Rides - Suggested Website Enhancement

Submitted by BGillespie on Tue, 10/04/2011 - 9:58pm

I have been checking the Upcoming Rides section of the website for the past few days to see if a particular B-level ride scheduled for this coming Sunday has any openings.  When I checked last weekend, the ride was full.  The ride leader was kind enough to let me know that I should continue to check for openings this week since a few spots will typically free up by mid-week.  Unfortunately, I cannot spend time checking the NYCC website from work.  It would be great if the website could maintain a waiting list for rides.  Does anyone else out there think that this would be a worthwhile website enhancement?

Just wanted to call everyone's atttention to the CB6 Meeting tomorrow. Def will be good to have as many cyclists there as possible in support of this project, whether you are speaking at the meeting (which is an option you have, apparently), or not. Let's show some numbers!
