burley type kid trailer

Submitted by ejlat on Tue, 06/30/2020 - 7:45pm

I want to test a kids trailer with my grandkids, before I purchase one. I'm sure I'll like it - unsure about them. Does anyone have one they would be willing to let me try? Thanks

Delta Two-Bike Gravity Stand

Submitted by Trisha on Fri, 06/19/2020 - 3:17pm

I moved to a building that has a bike room (yay!) so I would like to sell my two-bike gravity stand for $15. It's easy to assemble, and doesn't require any nails - just lean against your wall. It fit in a narrow corner of my old apartment and was used to store my road bike.

Pick-up in Park Slope, Brooklyn; alternatively, I can meet in the surrounding area. Thank you!

32-spoke 700c touring wheels, at a modest price to a good home

Submitted by MHiller on Mon, 06/08/2020 - 4:20pm

The rear wheel was recently rebuilt (maybe 15 months ago?) with a new velocity A23 rim. It has a 9 speed cassette on it, I could probably throw that in for free though I haven't checked it (or the chain) for wear lately. :)

The front wheel is still original to the bike, so about 13 years old. Judging from the braking indentation it will need a new rim soon, and I *have* that new rim ready to go; you can buy them together.

Let's say $25 for the rear wheel, $15 for the front, $10 for the new rim for the front? Anyone interested?
