Hi,

i am selling my Powerbram Pro computer controlled trainer.  It's perfect for getting into shape for the SIG or racing.  Fully computer controlled resistance training.  It is 3 years old, but I barely used it.  It is built like a tank and is in near perfect shape.  I also have a training wheel built up with a special trainer tire and Shimano cassette, to go with this trainer.  I'll let it all go for half of what I paid new for everything.

New to off-road biking, looking for a 'starter' bike that won't break the bank for a woman, 5' 3". 

I am looking to buy a 50cm Road Bike, 105 or Ultegra, up to 10 years old in good condition for a beginner.
