We have a four bedroom cozy cottage 3 miles from Butternut available for rental for the NYCC Memorial Day Weekend Event. The house is 3 miles from the welcome dinner at Butternut and about 6 to 8 miles from the start points for the A, B and C rides that weekend. Bike is in great condition and has provided a fantastic two years of service to me. It is a great all rounder and has been used on grand fondos, club rides and races. I am only selling it since I am purchasing a new bike and don't need three bikes in my apt!

Couple of points

- The bike will be sold without bottle holders, pedals and saddle; the bike accepts standard service rail saddles

- It has a 11x28 rear cassette - this differs to the spec on Giant's site and provides a better range of gears when climbing

- There is a chip to the rim of the rear wheel from a stone.
