Completing the SIG not only involves bicycling but also fueling your body. You need to fuel yourself properly in order to train and complete the SIG rides AND feel energized. How do you do that? What is the latest scientifically proven sports nutrition for cycling? Not only that, what should you eat at those long mid-ride diner stops? What and how much should you drink? What about days when you don’t exercise? Reyna Franco, sports dietitian nutritionist, NYCC member and past SIG participant and leader, will provide you with the nutrition information you need to eat properly before, during and after your rides so that you can meet your goals.
