MECHANICS WORKSHOP
Strong riders aren’t just fit — they’re prepared.
Whether you’re training in a SIG, building endurance for longer mileage, or preparing for peak-season rides, mechanical confidence is essential. A flat, brake issue, or shifting problem shouldn’t end your progress — or impact your group.
This workshop is designed to support riders of all levels.

Essential skills for every rider:
✔ Removing & reinstalling wheels efficiently
✔ Fixing flats (tube & tubeless systems)

These are practical, real-world skills that keep you rolling — and keep your group moving safely.
