Join us for this first ever NYCC weekend in Ithaca, NY, along with the Mid Hudson Bike Club.

October 17-20, 2024

Enjoy beautiful riding in the heart of the finger lakes while connecting with fellow cycclists from the Mid Hudson Bike Club,. Ithaca is known for being "gorges". 

We'll be staying in Downtown Ithaca, and, similar to the Berkshires Weekend, people will stay in accommodations of their own choosing, and rides will be listed. A number of us have booked rooms at the Hampton Inn.  As the number of attendees grows, we can add additional rides, at various levels, to fit the group.

We plan to have group dinners at Downtown Ithaca restaurants.

Ithaca is, of course, home to Cornell University and Ithaca College.  It is located on lovely Lake Cayuga in the Finger Lakes, and boasts farmers' markets, wineries as well as Ithaca Commons, a two-block pedestrian mall filled with upscale restaurants and shops, public art, and frequent community festivals.

Thursday, 10/17 Arrive in Ithaca. If there are enough early arrivals, we can plan an afternoon group ride. 

Thursday Eve: Dinner

Friday, 10/18, Group Rides (See NYCC Calendar), including to Taughannock Falls, and along Lake Cayuga.

Friday Night, 10/18 - Dinner

Saturday, 10/19, Group Rides (See NYCC Calendar) including Ithaca/Dryden/Slaterville Springs Ride.

Saturday Night, 10/19 - Dinner

Sunday, 10/20 – Group morning ride(s). Afternoon Return to NYC.
