Friday, 10/4, train> bike rides to Montauk and the SUNY campus in Southampton

Friday Night, 10/4 - Dinner

Saturday, 10/5 – Yoga, breakfast followed by loops out of Southampton

Saturday Night, 10/4 - Dinner

Sunday, 10/6 – Yoga, breakfast followed by bike> train rides back towards NYC

Includes two nights' housing in an a six-room suite with a shared bath plus one group dinner, bagel breakfasts and luggage shuttle.

Does not include lunches and personal transport to/from Southampton.  Members can arrange their own housing and still participate in rides and meals—if they fill out this form.
