Palisades MTB is a group of cycling enthusiasts with our sights set on establishing spectacular mountain bike trails in the Palisades Region. Mountain biking is currently not available in the vast majority of beautiful parks in Orange Rockland and Bergen Counties. In March 2015 we formed Palisades MTB to change that. As a chapter of IMBA (International Mountain Bike Association) we are working with other user groups to petition park managers for trail access.

Streetsblog NYC covers the five boroughs of New York and transportation policy in Albany. Streetsblog is read by influential public officials and ordinary citizens who passionate about their communities. Their stories have made the case for progressive policy changes that are saving lives—disproportionately lost in communities of color; expanding access to affordable transportation; and creating a more sustainable future.
We encourage NYCC members to review these organizations' work and consider them as part of your annual charitable giving. They’re local, they make the New York a better place to bike and they're small—so your contribution will make an impact!
