Escape New York (ENY) 100-mile B18 Escorted Group

Saturday, September 24, 2022 08:00 AM

This ride is for ENY participants only! If you have not yet registered for ENY, you can fix that here.

What could be better than riding Escape New York? ENY is our bicycling event of the year with well-chosen routes, excellent rider support, and a fabulous festival at the finish.

You've found the answer! Ride ENY together with an escorted group led by expert NYCC ride leaders. No worries about getting lost or finding route markers. Just enjoy the ride and the company of your fellow club members.

Choose your escorted group: 25-mile C12 or C13, 50-mile C14, B15, or B16, 75-mile B17, or even a 100-mile B18 for you hard-core types. B vs C designates ride difficulty, C being easier. The number designates the cruising speed on smooth level roads with no wind, not the average speed. For more info about NYCC group riding, click here.

This page is for the 100-mile B18 group. If you want a different group, go to that group's page.

Register for the group ride by clicking JOIN RIDE at the upper right.

On September 24th, get ye to Sakura Park, check in, grab your goodies bag, and meet your escorted group leaders at the gazebo.

Meeting time for the B18 escorted group is 8:00 AM. You should get to the park 30 minutes before the group meeting time in case there is a line at check-in.

Please read (or re-read) the ENY rider info pageRemember, helmets are mandatory. GPS maps and cue sheets will be available for download before event day.

N.B: If you sign up for this ride before first registering for ENY, your name will be removed from the participant list. You will get an email asking you to register for ENY and then sign up for this ride.
