Logging In
To access the ride platform to join rides for the first time, you will need to create an account. Do not choose login if it is your first time entering the site, choose create account. Enter the email you had registered with NYCC. You will receive an email with a one-time code to login, then you’ll be asked to create a password, update your personal and emergency contact information and profile information. In order to ensure data security and integrity, we did not migrate this information. Depending on the email server, it may take a few minutes to receive the code. Be sure to check spam, the email will come from no-reply@nycc.org with your verification code in the subject line.
IMPORTANT NOTE: You must log in with your email address, and it must match the one that is associated with your account. Many many people are using the wrong e-mail address! If you need to confirm which email account you must use, go to archive.nycc.org, log in to the old site as usual, and go to "Your account" (upper right) - it should be listed there.
If you have an issue creating your account, do not pay for a new membership before submitting a support ticket. Our team is working to resolve login issues as quickly as possible.
